Returns:

Should a return be necessary, you must first contact us for a Return Authorization number within 7 days of the shipment of your order. Any packages shipped back to our offices without a Return Authorization number displayed on the outer packaging will be refused and returned to you. Please note that all shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Any and all items returned must be in original sellable condition including all packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that each item is well packed for the return shipment as we are not able to give full credit for any items that are received back in less than perfect condition. We advise ensuring any items that you may return for this reason. Upon receiving your item we will issue your choice of the remaining balance in either store credit or a refund. Due to the rarity of each item, in most cases, we won't be able to exchange for the goods. Please contact us to check the inventory of the goods to confirm if the exchange service can be provided.
